Next Cohort Begins Thursday, September 11


The 2025–2026 Core Leadership Cohort is a yearlong experience for Leaders who want to deepen their self-awareness, reframe leadership assumptions, and cultivate a mindset for influence, impact and action.

Guided by the 12 Tenets of Developing a Leadership Mindset, participants will explore one tenet each month through focused reflection, group dialogue, and real-time application.

Through monthly sessions, twelve leaders will not only engage with the material, but also practice facilitation, strengthen communication and presence, and build the habits that enable them to grow themselves and grow others.

This is intentional time to invest in who you are, so that how you
lead multiplies your impact and influence.
