In 2022, Laura developed the 12 Tenets of Developing a Leadership Mindset, and we shared them with you through the Tool of the Month. In response to creating and sharing those Tenets, we heard from many of you how helpful and impactful the 12 Tenets have been to your growth and development as Leaders or among your Team(s) as you may have explored the Tenets with your colleagues and completed the accompanying worksheets.
 
Your feedback has been a catalyst for our Team to identify a significant goal to revisit the 12 Tenets in 2024, create a formal Discussion Guide and ultimately, develop a 12 Tenets book. Through the 12 Tenets Guide and future book, individuals and teams can further implement and integrate the concepts and resources as part of their on-going growth and development journey and plans.
 
We hope you will join us this year as we revisit the 12 Tenets of Developing a Leadership Mindset (see below). If you read along in 2022, we hope you will take the opportunity this year to dig into the discussion guide with a colleague or your Team! 
 
We hope 2024 is a year of continued growth and development as you lead, manage and serve others each day. We’re grateful to share the journey with you!
